A little bit of everything we love making, brought together in one box. Five distinct flavours, each made by hand, each with its own character.
Our Traditional Butter Fudge is rich, silky and full of buttery sweetness, while our Dark Chocolate Fudge brings the deep, smooth intensity of pure cocoa mass. Both are creamed on marble for their signature texture.
Our nougats are whipped with raw Elgin honey until soft and yielding, then filled with roasted almonds or macadamias. Inspired by the artisans of Montélimar, they balance pillowy sweetness with the warm crunch of roasted nuts.
And then there are our Salted Pecan Caramels. Soft, buttery and slow to chew, with roasted pecans and a touch of sea salt that balances the sweetness.
