Salted Caramel Fudge

There's a moment just before you taste it — the smell of warm caramel hits first, sweet and buttery, with that unmistakable whisper of sea salt cutting through the sweetness. Then the first bite: silky, yielding, never grainy. This is what fudge is supposed to be.

Our Salted Caramel Fudge is made by hand in small batches, stirred to exact temperature, then creamed on marble, cooling slowly so the texture stays smooth all the way through. Each piece weighs 165g; enough to savour slowly, or to share if you're feeling generous.
