Roast Almond & Honey Nougat

Infused with raw, Elgin honey, our nougat is whipped to a soft, yielding cloud and studded throughout with chopped roasted almonds, every bite moves between pillowy sweetness and the warm crunch of toasted nuts. Not too firm, not too soft. Exactly right.

Inspired by the artisans of Montélimar, each box is made by hand from boil to cut.
