Our Dark Chocolate Fudge is made with pure cocoa mass - no shortcuts, no substitutes - folded into our classic fudge base and creamed on marble until the texture is dense, smooth, and deeply satisfying. The flavour is intense and never bitter, with that slow, velvety finish that keeps you reaching for another piece.

Made by hand in small batches, stirred to exact temperature. Every piece a study in restraint and richness.
