French Caramel Bars

Some recipes earn their simplicity. This is one of them.

Pure butter. Pure cream. Nothing added that doesn't belong. Our French Caramel Bars are made the old way - boiled slowly, poured onto cool marble at the exact moment, and left to speak for themselves. The result is a caramel that is rich without being heavy, sweet without being cloying, with a clean buttery finish that lingers.
